2. Why is he being interrogated without his lawyer(s) present or were they there?
3. Why is he being forced to speak? Don't the interrogator know that the accused has the right to choose not to speak, sthn that should be in his Miranda rights, if they read it to him?
4. Why is this video on social media? Is it to make fun of him or make him look guilty on social media?

I can't think far. Elsewhere, people's heads will be rolling for exhibiting such behaviour, which iis in my opinion for the umpteenth time, extremely unethical and unprofessional.

The video also shows him gritting in pain as he is sitting handcuffed in the sofa. Multiple interrogations are taking place, with his friend been interrogated in his presence thus flouanting his right to privacy and the environment to give honest answers. And it appears he had already indicated the need for the presence of his lawyer to the first officer who interrogated him. These are all pointing to abuse of his human rights. We cannot build a society where people may go to prison for the wrong procedue leading them to self implicate themselves or on evidence that is not wholesome.

It is unclear to me why the interrogator is pushing him to talk when he clearly said they should talk to his lawyer. It may be a violation of his Miranda rights.
