If an INNOCENT PERSON GETS SWEPT UP IN THE PROCESS, THE POLICE HAS 72 HOUR TO EITHER CHARGE THAT PERSON TO KEEP THEM IN COSTUDY OR RELEASE THEM WITHOUT CHARGES. By law you cannot hold a person for more than 72 hours without charges. Even with charges there are CONDITIONS to consider when determining if this person deserved continued placement in custody or could be released on bail pending court.

One of the biggest problems in Africa is impunity. You can sexually harass/abuse your employee, student, tenant and get away with all that in Nigeria, Ghana. This is possible because people like you see nothing wrong with a Teacher demanding sexual favors before passing female students. Impunity is also when society fails to condemn wrongdoing. If Abu Trica’s partner in anyway benefited from proceed of the scam, the investigators can act within jurisdiction to invite, arrest, put on trial and jail her should there be reasonable grounds. If you don’t know, it’s a common tactic to let go the accomplices of suspects. They are later re-arrested after observing their movements, actions. So they can go for the woman again despite her release.
Go and ask Inusah Fuseini why he didn’t fly to America to visit his Fraud Son when arrested.
