THIS NEW GOVERNMENT AND EVERY GOVERNMENT APPOINTEES HAVE BEEN PAID SINCE YOU TOOK OFFICE WITH THAT THERE WERE NO TECHNICAL ISSUES BUT WHEN IT COMES TO THE MOST POOREST IN THE SOCIETY WHO MADE YOU WHO YOU ARE TODAY CAN NOT GET THEIR ALLOWANCES AND SALARIES BUT EVERY STATE OWNED UTILITY BILLS MUST BE PAID PROMPTLY BY THESE SAME GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES WHO HAVE NOT BEEN PAID SINCE LAST YEARS.
