The constitution should be ammended to make the Executive (including the Head of Government), more accountable to Parliament, i.e. if our democracy is to be meaningful/effective after elections are over.

What we have had in place (since the 'dictatorship' metamorphosed into a 'democratic, government in 1992), has been characteristic of a elected dictatorships.
