  ORAL is dead on arrival. It has a lot of garbage in there, according to the Apostle-General of Probity and Accountability, Yao Domelevo. It is full of trumped up allegations, just to soil political opponents for the obvious. A mere glance at the components of the alleged US$21billion recoverable fraud shows how weak they are, which a full professor of accountancy should have been able to detect. A very significant component of the total amount would be a wild goose chase, should we waste resources going after them.
