  Settings data. How can you tell us that the unemployment rate in Ghana is under or about 13 percent? Are you serious? You see why students don't pass their exams in Ghana in many cases? Who can quote this official in an economics test situation and not be marked down? Settings, too known officials and when it's time to prove things they fade away with nothing concrete to show after their noise!!!
