And moreover, if the US courts agree to send Ofori Atta back to Ghana is not 100% sure,because the power rest on US Secretary of State,if my memory serve me well,that office has the final say if Ofori Atta will be sent back to Ghana or not.

By his public utterances including finding the accuse guilty before being charged, he has compounded his own problem…examples of how others have been treated before being charged is all in the public domain. This makes it very difficult for a successful extradition outcome. The AG is seeing his defeat and is simply preparing our minds. Am beginning to wonder about the impartiality of our judges!! The book knowledge is there, but how to put it into practice, is another thing. In Ghana, that is our mentality. Somebody went to Mfantsipim, Opoku Ware, Prempeh College, Presec, etc, and so he's better off than someone who went to Bekwai SDA, Konongo-Odumase, Asanteman, etc. We have a problem.
