From information gathered,Ofori Atta has invested heavily in US and for that matter to bring such a man back to the soil of Ghana is not here or there.
And moreover, if the US courts agree to send Ofori Atta back to Ghana is not 100% sure,because the power rest on US Secretary of State,if my memory serve me well,that office has the final say if Ofori Atta will be sent back to Ghana or not.
Paul ,don't also forget that Ofori Atta was the product of Havard ,but he is the poorest ever Finance Minister of Ghana.

By his public utterances including finding the accuse guilty before being charged, he has compounded his own problem…examples of how others have been treated before being charged is all in the public domain. This makes it very difficult for a successful extradition outcome. The AG is seeing his defeat and is simply preparing our minds. Am beginning to wonder about the impartiality of our judges!!
