  If he used fake documents and the bank couldn't expose this fraud then blame.it on the bank.also thr bank must cancel.his loan asap and have him begin making payments or have him.prosexuted

  I think before such transaction to take place the bank should thoroughly check the documents before so a man like wontumi who can't speak English can write to a reputable bank like Exim to take that amount then the bank needs ...
