According to me, an Ewe myself, Kotoka did not deserve to be named after the Accra Airport, because he was not only a coup leader, but he also collaborated with the CIA and other foreign agencies to destabilize and dismantle the national development agenda and progress. Tribalism or nepotism should not influence the naming of our institutions. Kofi Annan, as an illustrious citizen who put Ghana on the global landscape with dignity, deserves to be named the Patron of the National Airport.
