1. Ghana is a country where we entertain lawlessness from state institutions. Arresting A2 and A3 when lawyer Twum Barimah had a warrent of arrest for A1 only was capricious and abuse of state powers.
2. There is no evidence that A1,A2 and A3 were actively comiiting any crime at the time of arrest for them to be picked up and detained for over a weak.
3. A2 and A3 cannot be deemed collateral damage much longer when the state has still not determined they have committed any crimes or charge them with any new crimes or as accomplices to A1.
4. A1 when intimidated or made to appear to commit same crimes which A2/A3 narrated under duress flies in the face of the law.
5. If A1, A2 and A3 were arrested in Swedru, then the jursidiction of the judge in Gbese court is doubtful unless she is giving discretional judgement from political pressure.
6. A1, A2 and A3 will only be deemed to beej ectradicted from Accra if there is proof that they commited the crimes in Accra and need to be transfered to Accra and get the leave from the Swedru court.
