1) Education - Our education is not good enough to give majority of the population basic education. Then these same people who are poorly educated get fake drivers license and drive without understanding ...

We have 2 problems
1) Education - Our education is not good enough to give majority of the population basic education. Then these same people who are poorly educated get fake drivers license and drive without understanding the rulea of the road and applying common sense. Example, the average driver should understand that you dont over take when going up a hill but I have seen this happen several times on our roads.

2) we have really really old cars on our roads. Most people can not afford new cars. High import duties and we are just poor. Thanks to bad economic policies

When we put the 2 together, we get what we are experiencing right now - higher date rate on our.
If this statistics are right, we averagly lose more than a person a day. This is unacceptable and crazy.

No amount of law enforcement will fix this problem..we dont have the resources to do that. We need better education in Ghana.
