    Thus, the way it is in Ghana. Always blame the imaginary cause instead of the actual cause of the problem. Was that a parking spot? Were there triangular reflector lights deployed, warning drivers of a parked trailer truck?. ...

    The street light can be a contributing factor but it is first of all a human error. Was the truck supposed to have a warning triangle and was it there ?

    I disagree. It maybe a contributory factor. But not the cause of accident. Speed on impact is the cause

    The state and law must start jailing people for negligence. The driver knew there were no street lights.
    His vehicle has lights or not??
