  Thus, the way it is in Ghana. Always blame the imaginary cause instead of the actual cause of the problem. Was that a parking spot? Were there triangular reflector lights deployed, warning drivers of a parked trailer truck?. Why did the trailer driver park in a dark place without deploying the road safety reflectors or any warning signs? Because we have an IQ of 10, we blame the faulty street lights.

  The street light can be a contributing factor but it is first of all a human error. Was the truck supposed to have a warning triangle and was it there ?

  The state and law must start jailing people for negligence. The driver knew there were no street lights.

  There is a assembly for that area or not? Where is the DCE and his team?
  Sitting in the air-conditioned office, using the state-acquired pick up to harass developers, asking for bribes for every document you wanna make, leaving people to turn the territory to ghettos by building anywhere and anything at all.
  Jail that driver, jail the DCE for not checking his territory and seeing to it that all is right.
  Let's talk now about the open, clogged gutters with foul smelling green waste and the REALLY bad roads!

  On the street, let hold the Greater Accra RM to redeem.her promise. From Kaneshie Moampron all.the way to Ngleahie Amanfro only three pokes have street light functioning. Two at first light and one at lower McCarthy before Jayee. The reat.of the stretch to Kasoa has no functioning street light. We have not arrived
