    Looks like the IMF is experincing "early ejaculation" They should exercise some restraint. The year has not even ended so why the rush. It begs the question as to when they would like to leave Ghana alone.

    Ghana should stop going to IMF. iMF is against any internal Ghana generated program that would help Ghana. They want Ghana to continue relying on them. They are evil and Ghana should not continue the program.
