Dr. Randy, however, remains resilient and capable of transforming this situation with the right support and sufficient time. It is really disheartening to hear people who are paid to work well mismanage resources and get away with it without consequences.

Kwesi Pratt, you know too well that your friend Randy Abbey isn't fit for purpose as the CEO of COCOBOD. And that he has business accepting that appointment. But the insatiable desire to grab as much of the taxpayers' money as possible he gleefully accepted the job. He doesn't have the right skill-mix to manage a complex organisation like COCOBOD. That explains why he's only been complaining about virtually everything he comes across at COCOBOD without offering any workable alternative strategies.
