In 2012, he was accused of being a conduit for payments made to some high ranking judges who bent the rules for Mahama to carry on as president from rigged election. And again in 2025, he is exposed in a flawed mediation work from which he turned judge, not mediator, by usurping the rights of the Mamprusis in Bawku for Kusasis to the chagrin of his admirers and tribesmen.
