  I am tempted to agree with the MP. There are too many vehicles on the road with either DP or DV number plates. There is no way to determine how long such vehicles have been driven on the road without apparently no insurance. ...

  I am tempted to agree with the MP. There are too many vehicles on the road with either DP or DV number plates. There is no way to determine how long such vehicles have been driven on the road without apparently no insurance. When will laws enacted to promote sanity and protect citizens ever work in Ghana. In the UK, you hardly see any vehicles displaying the DV or DP number plates. If vehicles are not registered, insured or have valid MOT licence, one can't drive them on any public road.
