If the authorities especially Ghana police who always act like showing off allow this guy to die, the same US will put you their human rights watch.
I saw a policeman chasing a pickup and falling on the process as if this little guy has assassinated a president. Aaaba Ghana.
Let's focus on retrieving the billions of dollars stolen or misappropriatied by the past administration instead and leave this small case.
