The same thing was said about the Cedi during the reign of President Akuffo Addo. In 2017 and thereafter, the Cedi under President Akuffo Addo was marked as the fastest growing currency in the world. At that time the inflation was 9%. But what happened during the 2nd term of President Akuffo Addo? So this is not new and no news to Ghanaians. That is the beginning of the presidency of the current government. Let us wait as the time goes on before we make judgement. The NDC should not jubilate over this. Time will tell.
