  As for Franklin Cudjoe, Mahama already said a month ago, he will appoint new Ministers for Defence and Environment after the holidays. There are videos of it all over. Just google it.

  Mahama is a man with no sense of urgency. He is extremely slow in taking decisions. He acts the way he talks (slow, un-engaged, uncharismatic, boring, not decisive and timid). Common sense says that the Finance Minister is over stretched and should not be forced to shoulder the responsibility of a vital ministry such as defense. Why should it take so long for a President to appoint a defense minister in a country with so many security issues? Wake up Mahama!!!! We are getting tired of your slow leadership style. We are many Ghanaians who are in a hurry to transform the country. Step aside if you can not get the work done quickly. See what your peers in Ethiopia and Burkina Faso have accomplished for their citizens within a short period of time. All eyes are on you Mahama.
