Government cannot continue to spend scarce resources on a few group of people numbering less than 50 without a positive outcomes like we have in Ghana where national team players take $100,000.00 each in Brazil 2014 world cup but have never brought a plastic cup home in over 40 years. Gabon has shown the way.
