Generally from his behaviour he has lost touch and not in keeping with reality. This points to the fact that he is having difficulties processing his thoughts realistically. He said what he said or is what he is doing under compulsion.
We therefore need to empathise with him. Because mental illness is no respecter of persons or social class.
From the look of things he could be a Simple Schizophrenic, Hebephrenic- these are people with mild mental illnesses/disorders and are in society in our day to day life’s activities and living but depicting queer behaviours such as what this man exhibiting and presenting.
