    DVLA SHOULD NOT ASK THISE WHO WOULD REGISTER THEIR CARS THIS YEAR TO PAY ANOTHER MONEY BEFORE THEY OBTAIN THE NEW NUMBER PLATES WHEN IT EVENTUGETS ROLLED OUT THIS YEAR ELSE THE CURRENT CEO & HIS DEPUTIES WOULD SMELL PEPPER
