  DVLA SHOULD NOT ASK THISE WHO WOULD REGISTER THEIR CARS THIS YEAR TO PAY ANOTHER MONEY BEFORE THEY OBTAIN THE NEW NUMBER PLATES WHEN IT EVENTUGETS ROLLED OUT THIS YEAR ELSE THE CURRENT CEO & HIS DEPUTIES WOULD SMELL PEPPER

  The aftermath therefore, will all vehicles not bearing the (rfid) plates be re- registered ?

Why set a date to change vehicle registration when the required legislation hasn’t gone through. This is idiotic. You wouldn’t run your household in such a chaotic manner, let alone a country. They want new vehicle owners to use the old system and then change to the new as soon as it’s implemented. No responsible and well run country will act in such idiotic manner. We need people with a bit of common sense to run this country but sadly, what we currently have are brain dead politicians and their cronies they have put in charge of government dapartments
