1. Media organisations should invest deliberately in the following:
Standardised identification for reporters
All field reporters should wear standardised vests with verifiable tags. This would significantly reduce impersonation by over-zealous individuals. Today, it is increasingly difficult to distinguish a legitimate journalist from a bystander claiming to be one.

2. Professional equipment, not mobile phones
Nearly everyone owns a smartphone and can film events. Media houses should therefore prioritise proper, purpose-built equipment—such as compact professional cameras (e.g., DJI Pocket-type devices)—that clearly distinguish professional reporting from casual recording.

3. Continuous in-service training
Some reporters operate under the mistaken belief that access alone confers the right to report without restraint. Regular, structured training would reinforce ethical standards, legal boundaries, and professional judgement, refining practice and reducing reckless reporting.

When the Pocket 2 is plugged into your phone and paired via USB-C and Wi-Fi, the Mimo app exposes a Livestream mode that lets you broadcast directly to YouTube, Facebook, or any platform that accepts an RTMP stream (custom streaming servers, Twitch via RTMP, etc.) This is basically sending video over the internet through the phone using the camera as the source.
