Good point. Otto should be sharpening his tools (if he has any) instead of hopping from player to player in Europe. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND RESOURCES.

Player management is important especially for national coaches who have little time for camping with players before important matches. I hear Otto also consults with the players' club coaches during these visits.
