USA was weak under the democrat and don't dare with the republican president. Russia knows this. America has crossed the Russian red lines several occasions but Russia is weak and afraid to attack. Let Russia crossed American red line and see what will happen to Russia. USA has global arm forces and can strike from every Conner of on this earth. They don't need permission from any sovereign country, they can enter any where any time. Look at common Ukraine , Russia has lost more than 50% of their military generals to Ukraine. Russia has threatened USA on Ukraine, but USA has never back down still supplying dangerous weapons to Ukraine to strike deep inside Russia. What can Russia do, just to negotiate . Russia and China including Iran mounted air defense system in Venezuela but USA Delta striking force still penetrated to arrest the president. Don't try USA, they don't bark like Russia, they are very quiet but if push them , you will smell pepper
