To be fair, it is time to cancel the northerners scholarship scheme and make it blanket to every Ghanaian. Nkrumahs idea was to educate northerners so that they can contribute meaningfully to Ghana’s economy and to have educated northerners like other regions . Now they have more doctors in northern than any region. I therefore believe that one sided scholarship that only benefit northerners should be canceled and let fight for the same national scholarship like every Ghanaian.
