The youth needs education. They shd be made aware that teachers and for that matter any govt worker can be sued if they feel they've violated their right.Churches and parents shd educate their children on this.

Those fools were beating someone old enough to be their father. They should be jailed for at least 5years. If they are not up to 18years they should be kept in the juvenile side till they turn 18 .
