  This is commendable but govt must as a matter of priority and constitutional urgency move away from this skewed way of tackling national development and for that matter social housing needs of the population which is one of the basic needs of the citizens.
  In the broader society these members of the security services constitute less than a tenth of the public sector and a tiny proportion of the entire population of over 33 million citizens who also requires to be housed, who pay taxes and contribute towards national development in as much important ways as members of these security services..
  Working with the private sector govt must just in the same bold and aggressive manner begin to tackle social housing just as it is tackling our infrastructure under the Big Push agenda and in across every district and urban community to deliver one of the most important social good at the most competitive and affordable cost to meet the needs of every section of our populace and must not be made to benefit only a privilege few doing government work.
  This call is not only to meet critical social and economic imperative but also to address critical issues of a just and an inclusive requirements enshrined in article 5 of our constitution..
  Finally, in delivering this critical social good government must equally be mindful of another critical need to develop an aggressive spatial planning and development to correct our mostly haphazard physical and spatial development and settlements to make our communities: hamlets, villages, towns much more aesthetically likable, appealing and livable.
  This will go a long way to engender love of community, endear and encourage high calibre career men and women and professionals to accept postings to any area of country, reduce needless rural urban drift, reduce congestions in our few metropolitan areas and promote equitable and balance development across every district and region of our country..

  Finally, one other area the country is going see significant benefit and positive national impact is the that it is going to drastically reduce the huge numbers of land litigation suits in our courts, reduce the current menace of land guard issues, multiplicity of sale of lands and reduce the needless stress individuals and businesses goes through trying to acquire, register and develop lands because government might have taken over a chunk of the issues currently bedeviling the land transaction and housing delivering in our country as pertains in our jurisdictions across the world..
