The whole Ken Ofori-Atta saga is alarmingly making people mistrust the attorney general’s handling of the case. Charges against Ken Ofori-Atta are confusing and lacking authenticity. The close friends of the accused will think the charges are politically motivated and even those who are not familiar with the case surprisingly believe that the accused will never receive justice. I don’t understand why Ken Ofori-Atta decided to go into politics because he was a successful businessman and even he refused his parliamentary pay. I therefore don’t think that the charges against him were justified. I’m not a lawyer and I don’t follow his political party but as a human being I don’t think it is fair to treat a person like that.
