Unfortunately, they have chosen this evil type of crime just so they can make some quick money and enjoy life without sweat. So, have no mercy on them. Throw them into the Nsawam Prison, and give each one a minimum of 60 years. They'll be over 90 years by the time they come out.

So, the IGP and other security Chiefs must strategize and stamp out kidnapping through comprehensive intelligence gathering (cyber and human), preemptive swoops and specialized anti kidnapping units else kidnapping would become the new norm.
