  I totally agree with you Sir. The private sector is highly productivity based and their results show significant growth as compared to public sector. I have always wondered what the basis of TUC's request for salary reviews and based on. There's no performance management; the public continues to receive poor service as though they are doing us favors. We should allow the public to evaluate public sector staff and then you will find them sitting up. Poor performers are rewarded with transfers instead of exited; what this means is that, they recycle poor and bad performers and the statusquo continues. Sir, thank you for putting this in the public domain.
