Are CPA granted an automatic pre requisite qualification to be recruited into the main Police Units?

Why the struggles for CPA to get paid ;and did they get any interest on their due back pay?

What is the overall essence of initiating the CPA, under the YEA?

Can you explain where the CPA ends up after almost nine years of rendering services to the community.

Do your agency have data base of the job performances of the unit( CPA)

I hope someone from the YEA can update or respond to the above concerns.
