This pattern raises serious concerns about Ghana’s sovereignty and the fairness of our bilateral agreements. Why are Ghanaian courts and judges not given the opportunity to adjudicate these cases through our own judicial processes, just as the U.S. judicial system does when handling similar matters?
In countries with strong and independent judicial systems—such as Russia, Armenia, or even our neighbor Nigeria—such a one-sided arrangement would not be accepted. Ghana must not allow itself to be placed in a subordinate position under the guise of cooperation.
It is imperative that our Foreign Minister stands firm to protect the sovereignty of Ghana and the rights of her citizens. True cooperation should be grounded in mutual respect, equality, and reciprocity—not in unilateral decisions that undermine our judicial independence.

Collins Dauda and Co, Ato Forson and Co etc are walking free just because they are ndc members so they can't be charged for corruption. We all know what happened to Seglemi housing projects and the ambulances which were procured, paid for but couldn't be used for anything. Those who supervised these two scandals are walking freely and some have been rewarded as ministers. We all wish that every gov't appointee account for his/her stewardship both gov't and opposition party members but this gov't is being biased.
