The reasons given are not convincing to waste everybody's time. The waste of manhours in this exercise if you quantify will outweigh the benefits. New numbers cannot prevent vehicles from being stolen. It will make transfer of ownership cumbersome among others. Think twice about this.

How is it possible to have glut of food items in the country currently and agriculture growth is only 0.9%. This does not square up with the realities on the ground. what was the agric percentage growth at same time in 2024. Don't forget in 2024 the minister of finance Amin Adam told us that there was food shortage in the country as a result of famine in the northern region for which reason the government took $350 million from the consolidated funds out the the $500 million they claim was needed. please give us more information
