Subsidise petrol to make it cost less, this will drive down prices and encourage alot and alot job creation, more consumer spend for you to make your money back through taxation.
Ghanaians will have alot to money left to save for projects.
It also strengthens the cedi against the dollar, inflation...so you don't need to artificially pump billions of dollars to create artificial strong cedi. Instead use it to subsidise petrol. Cedi will stabilise naturally.
5 yrs jail and a fine for smugglers. For benefit of Ghana and Ghanaians ONLY
They focused on dollar and not petrol and wonder why economy never worked.

As I was growing up, my father’s greatest friend who he saw everyday was as the Chief Immam of Wiamoase whose Children and my father’s were allowed to play together in a Zongo Community. We were very good friends.
When I got to Koforidua as I was growing up, the then Chief Imam was the best friend of my father and he played an important role in the burial and funeral of Ghana.
At Uncle Sam’s country, my best friend was an Imam that I freely allowed my wife and Children to visit him. Unfortunately, he died because he was not taking his medication prescribed for him. I loved him so much and he loved my family too. May his Soul rest in Perfect and Eternal Peace.
Having said these, it is also very right that there are some Moslems who behave like disgruntled fools and kill each other. Just watch what is happening in the Middle East, especially Iran, Iraq Afghanistan, Somalia and Afghanistan.
