Is this not the same lawyer that confidently opined that Ken has 0.333% chance of remaining in the US after the ICE encounter? That tells me your earlier submission was pandering to the political colours rather than established law.
As a lawyer, it’s always best to make a submission only when in possession of the full facts or at the very least, caveat your opinion to appear fair and circumspect. Ideally, we will all prefer Ken to appear before our impartial courts to answer any credible charges of alleged impropriety. If the government machinery routinely bad-press him, he will eventually walk away using technicalities we all know are built into our jurisprudence.

Let the government keep quiet and work at gathering their evidence and formally charge him, then see what happens. The Cantata must stop so the people can see for themselves, the truth or otherwise in these allegations.
