We all know where it will be considered scandalous and where it will be considered normal when well known, devout practitioners of any religion are found with such items.

But, very importantly, our schools (including Wesley Girls High School) and our students and excellent school cultures/traditions must be protected from dilution and pollution and dangerous practices. And the courts must be careful about opening floodgates to all sorts of situations, in the name of this right and that right.

I'm a 66 year old retiree and a colleague student from one of the college houses always went for fowls to prepare his house sportsmen and women during inter- houses competition. In a jamboree debate competition our principal speaker lost his voice to the extent that he could not be heard even with the use of a megaphone. We had no public address system then so we resorted to the megaphone, the type some preachers use at lorry stations. ,
He got cured without any form of medication after the competition. One friend told me it was not different at his college.

We had students fortifying themselves prior to inter-school competitions and against rival gangs, but because there wasn't social media at the time, it didn't gain much public attention. The police must deal with these persons drastically. They are the same people who go out at night to rob people. Most of them are in Kumasi.
