  If you don’t know how the 3 arms government work then keep quiet. The Auditor general will generate the reports but it’s parliament that have oversight responsibilities to look into the report and enforce or surcharge the flagged agencies to recover the misappropriated funds. PIAC is the committee of parliament to investigate the reports.
