  I am sorry you not loosing it but you can't account for because of illegal connections and also connections from above with the large companies such as the breweries and other institutions.
  To solve this problem one there must be private participation the distractions and revenue collection.
  They can start a pilot proget in let say Adabraka GWL will pomp one million gallons or liters and give to a private distributor to distribute and collect the the revenue with percentage going to the private company the rest to the GWL
  That will end it all and there be efficiency.

  No reason to have water crises in Ghana. VOLTA RIVER alone can do the trick. Just have a number of pumping stations taking water from that river to the masses and stop the noise. Why do we wait for water to enter the Sea an ...
