  The original hard working PNC/NDC government in th eighties and nineties has been turned into a NATO ( No action Talk only)goverment ! He is a mining expect and not an oil and gas expect. His appointment is a round peg in a square hole.Why was he not appointed as the CEO of the mineral commission? He was favour over others who were more qualified so he is spending more time praising his appointors to return the favour! This is what is going on in some key sectors and its very Sad and Bad for mother Ghana!
