Use the appropriate investigative bodies to address the issue, and not this impulsive off the cuff outbursts.

If not why don't you concentrate on isolating and punishing the house mistress, instead of collapsing someones business to affect all the staff including poor cleaners and toilet attendants.. even if the proprietor was the one who did that evil thing to the innocent girl, you cannot close the school. The public has interest in its business. You can best treat this as a criminal case by punishing only the culprit..

Education authorities should inspect the site and facilities and advice the school on areas that needs improvement. Closing down the school should only come in if after warnings of improvements have failed.

She talks as if she's not a mother. Commuters are suffering in the capital city on daily basis and you have no remedy to tackle the problem. Hawkers, kiosks and containers have swallowed up the city and she has no clue but quick to react to issues where she's not expected to. She lacks new ideas.
