  Look at private operators running buses.
  Every government buy buses for these agencies but within a short time they run them done without MD or management being sanctioned.
  Otherwise rebooting will still not yield solution to growing population.

  Politicians subvert the will of the people, use all means to pay themselves hefty salaries and perks but turn round to say drivers should not take advantage of the free market situations to reap bonanza. If these useless politicians with crack heads had design good transportation systems, trotros would have been abandoned or improved upon and fares could have been lower.
