The police have become so bold in demanding bribe under this current IGP Yohunoh. When Dampare was there, there was some level of fear but now, is free for all.

My colleague bribed a police officer at Takoradi beach yesterday while we were chilling on some popoh. The officer in uniform smoked a bit with us and left.
