    That's very good idea. Now the government is refurbishing all power plants across the regions. Not just Cape coast.
    Now in my suggestion, if the government can create solar panels attach to the power plants.

    If the power plant generates 200 megawatts and solar panels attached, you will get more voltage for any commercial use.
