Not only PhD students. I know of post graduate student pursuing a one year master's programme who has to drop out because of no payment of tuition fees by the Ghana govt. The uni terminated her studies as due to non payment. ...

They get employed by UK after Ghana has paid for them to complete their education, they ain't gonna come bck
These protocol so called students should come back home. They are of no use to Ghana
They should be investigated to flash out those who got the scholarships by dubious means before payment is made. It's highly likely most of these students are there as a reward for their party work. Let those rot

Most of their courses are offered by Ghana universities, they are too many, bring them back. What is the use of these high degrees anyway
I dont understand, is is by force to study for PhD in UK? Is someone forcing them to remain in UK? If they can't pay for it and government is not willing to pay for it, shouldn't they just come home or find some cleaning job ...
