The accused Ghanaian will definitely be put to trial for him to defend himself or explain why he did that and depending on the circumstances, he may be exonerated. His background is now known to the Police and all the Judiciary. This is not OGYAKROM where one can easily pay the way through. However, what about if he pleads on Absolute Self Defense? Granted that his attackers were many and that using the knife was the only means he could defend himself against his attackers? In Uncle Sam’s country, the Law of the Land works. Let us wait and see what happens.

It also strengthens the cedi against the dollar, inflation...so you don't need to artificially pump billions of dollars to create artificial strong cedi. Instead use it to subsidise petrol. Cedi will stabilise naturally.
