Subsidise petrol to make it cost less, this will drive down prices and encourage alot and alot job creation, more consumer spend for you to make your money back through taxation.
Ghanaians will have alot to money left to save for projects.
It also strengthens the cedi against the dollar, inflation...so you don't need to artificially pump billions of dollars to create artificial strong cedi. Instead use it to subsidise petrol. Cedi will stabilise naturally.
5 yrs jail and a fine for smugglers. For benefit of Ghana and Ghanaians ONLY
They focused on dollar and not petrol and wonder why economy never worked.

Those people suffering from the bush NPP mentality are more than happy to work as slaves for racially minimized wages because they still agree to consider themselves as inferior species of humanity so long as they are paid in dollars. Many enlightened Africans of today are prepared to struggle and work against all odds to develop their own countries whilst maintaining their dignity as human beings equal to all others.

For instance i am on business, in a west african country, away from ghana for the time, spending 180 dollars a night on a hotel etc- and america has not seen my money in ten years. the ANXIETY that border patrol for no reason may unilaterally and with discretion decide to reject entry; the rhetoric on TV, and the media on BANS-is hurting YOu -because again PEOPLE WHO CAN DR0P 10 GRAND WITHOUT BLINKING- HAVE NOT ENTERED FOR 10 YEARS- AND ARE GETTING THE MESSAGE OF EXCLUSION!
