Let me tell you, you are dealing with a country where the system works and Ofori-Atta will be brought down or not depending on their system. Sleeping there on the entire years left for the NDC will not make any impact on the judiciary system in the US. Again remember that space although in Ghana falls within the jurisdiction of US.
