Chief Justice, Paul Baffoe-Bonnie has raised concerns about congestion in Ghana’s courts, describing it as a major obstacle to effective justice delivery and a threat to public confidence in the judicial system.

He made the remarks on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, during a courtesy call on the Minister for Finance, Dr Cassiel Ato Forson, as part of efforts to deepen collaboration between the Judiciary and the Executive.
